2025 年 9 月 23 日，福建省龙岩市中级人民法院一审公开宣判江西省政协原党组成员、副主席胡强受贿一案，对被告人胡强以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十三年，并处罚金人民币三百万元；对胡强犯罪所得财物及孳息依法予以追缴，上缴国库。经审理查明：2003 年至 2023 年，被告人胡强利用担任江西省财政厅副厅长、党组书记、厅长，江西省人民政府副省长等职务上的便利，为他人在企业经营、职务晋升或调整等事项上提供帮助，非法收受相关人员给予的财物，共计折合人民币 6517 万余元。龙岩市中级人民法院认为，被告人胡强的行为构成受贿罪，受贿数额特别巨大，应依法惩处。鉴于胡强有重大立功表现；受贿犯罪中有未遂情节；到案后如实供述罪行 , 主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的大部分受贿事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，犯罪所得财物及孳息已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从宽处罚情节，可对其从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。据悉，龙岩市中级人民法院于 2025 年 4 月 25 日公开开庭审理了该案。庭审中，检察机关出示了相关证据，被告人胡强及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，胡强进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪悔罪。人大代表、政协委员和各界群众二十余人旁听了庭审。 ( 来源 : 人民日报客户端 )
